Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquisition of new business through client recruitment.
- Deliver set Sales Targets in quality loan referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns to ensure clients are well informed of the products.
- Seek customer feedback on products and services offered by the organization.
- Provide daily Sales Reports to the supervisor.
- Meet with potential clients to market our products and services and convert them into business opportunities
- Meeting personal and team sales targets.
- Improving visibility and brand image of the company by directly selling and promoting company products to the assigned markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma from a recognized institution in sales related course is an added advantage
- At least 1-year experience in sales and Marketing in banks/micro lending companies.
- Experience in check off loans is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and flexible
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Should be self-driven, able to do presentations, negotiate and seal deals.
- Highly driven and self-motivated individual with a strong passion for success
- Well-groomed and presentable person
